29-year-old killed in a ghastly car crash in Osceola County, Florida

The tragic car crash in Florida occurred early in the morning on Sunday, December 18 close to Simpson Road and Eagle Bay Boulevard.

Florida Highway Patrol reports indicate that a southbound Ford F-150 truck on Simpson road drifted into traffic in the opposite lane when the driver attempted to make a right turn.

Troopers said that the driver crashed smack into a Volkswagen Jetta. The driver of the Ford and both Jetta’s occupants, a 22-year-old woman driver, and a 29-year-old male passenger were injured and taken to the nearby Osceola Regional Hospital.

The Volkswagen passenger, who officials say was not wearing a seatbelt during the crash, tragically did not survive the accident. An investigation is still underway into the cause of the crash.

We offer our deepest condolences to the family of the innocent victim for their unimaginable loss. We also extend our heartfelt wishes for fast recovery to the injured.
