77 year old man killed in a road accident in Florida

A fatal road accident in Florida led to the death of a 77-year-old man from Amherstburg on Friday, February 3.
Florida Highway Patrol reports indicate that the man tragically lost his life in a collision between his SUV and a transit bus sometime around 4 PM in Fort Myers.
The tragedy occurred when the SUV, traveling west on Summerlin Road, tried to make a left turn onto San Carlo Boulevard and hit the eastbound Lee County bus at the intersection.
The SUV’s driver, a male, was rushed to the nearest emergency room, where he was unfortunately pronounced dead. Police have not yet revealed the identity of the victim.
The SUV’s other two passengers were immediately taken to Gulf Coast Medical Center with critical injuries. At the time of the incident, the bus was not carrying any passengers. Investigations are still ongoing into the accident.
