Deadly Rollover Crashes in Florida
A dramatic rollover crash that occurs at almost any speed can result in fatalities or serious injuries such as traumatic brain injury, spinal cord damage, or bone fractures. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration estimates that rollovers occur in 2% of all automobile collisions. However, in 2010, flipped automobiles were involved in nearly one-third of fatal collisions.
If the deceased provided financial assistance to others, those who depended on them for support must find a way to quickly settle the debt. Medical bills incurred while the dead were battling for their life may now be included in this obligation.
