Deadly Bicycle Crashes in Florida
The State of Florida may be the most dangerous area in the country for cyclists and bicycling aficionados, according to data on bicycle deaths and accidents throughout the USA. The NHTSA portrayed a bleak image of Florida’s overall pedestrian and biking safety in its 2011 Traffic Safety Facts Report. According to the study, Florida had the nation’s highest per capita incidence of bicycle fatalities as well as the greatest rate of pedestrian fatalities.
When a person is murdered as a result of the carelessness of another, the surviving spouse, children, parents, grandparents, brothers, and sisters of the dead have the legal right to file a lawsuit seeking compensation for their losses. A family’s financial situation might become very precarious if the principal breadwinner passes away. If the dead individual had a spouse or dependents, those people may be eligible for some small death benefits and assistance with burial costs if the accident was the cause of death.
In a case of wrongful death, if you fail to submit the relevant paperwork, the insurer has the right to withhold payment for any expenditures you incurred prior to submitting the correct forms.
