Clearwater, FL (October 18, 2021) – At least one person was injured in a serious automobile collision in the area of Clearwater on Monday, October 18, according to local officials.

According to initial reports, the incident happened about 9:04 a.m. that morning. The involved vehicles were reported to have collided at the junction of US-19 SBV and Boy Scout Road. Emergency responders hurried to the scene to assist the casualties. Due to lane restrictions on the roadway, there were significant traffic delays. 

There are few facts concerning the extent of the associated damages at this time. The area was momentarily closed when local officials arrived as paramedics treated those who had been injured in the collision.
