Florida Reckless Driving Accidents
Florida drivers have a reputation for driving erratically, and careless driving is a leading cause of fatal collisions. No matter how cautious you are behind the wheel, the actions of a reckless driver are unpredictable. Despite traffic laws, 13,000 people die each year as a result of careless driving, with human error accounting for over 90% of all recorded car accidents.
A serious car accident can be devastating for you or a loved one, and recovering compensation can be difficult for those who are unfamiliar with the law. Many victims are unsure of what they should do next to protect their legal rights, making filing a personal injury claim difficult. A Clearwater personal injury lawyer can assist injured victims and their families in recovering lost compensation following a car accident, which is often the most effective way to maximize your recovery.
