Reckless Driving Crashes in Florida
When operating a vehicle, drivers can be irresponsible. Drivers in Florida are well-known for being distracted and speeding on the road. According to national statistics, three out of ten car accidents are caused by reckless drivers, and distracted driving accounts for nearly a third of all fatal car accidents in the United States. At least 13,000 people are killed in car accidents each year as a result of distracted driving.
For those who are unfamiliar with the law, a serious car accident can be devastating for you or a loved one, and recovering compensation can be difficult. Many victims are unsure of what to do next to protect their legal rights, making it difficult to file a personal injury claim. Following a car accident, a Clearwater personal injury lawyer can help injured victims and their families recover lost compensation, which is often the most effective way to maximize your recovery.
