This truck crash on I-95 ended tragically
The I-95 from Florida to Maine notoriously ranks third among the most dangerous roads in the country, averaging 55 fatal crashes per 100 miles.
Trucks are more likely to cause fatal accidents because of their size. In particular, truck drivers often cause fatal crashes when they hit smaller vehicles. It’s no secret that trucking accidents are serious, so wrongful death lawsuits and personal injury suits are common against truck drivers and their companies.
If you lost a loved one in an accident that was another person’s fault, you might be entitled to financial compensation. Money can’t make up for losing a loved one. The proceeds can, nevertheless, help the victim’s family cover unforeseen expenses and future income losses. Florida accident victims’ families deserve justice and compensation.
