Tampa Reckless Driving Accidents
Careless driving is totally preventable and is connected to a lack of accountability on the part of the motorist. Any driver might be involved in an accident with another driver who is not paying attention to the road. Reckless drivers are responsible for over a third of all road deaths in the United States, with over 13,000 fatal traffic accidents documented each year.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, driver inattention and speeding are two of the most prevalent forms of reckless driving in Florida. Three out of every ten recorded collisions are thought to be caused by a reckless driver. With the help of a personal injury attorney in Tampa, a collision victim may be able to recover lost compensation for their injuries and other damages associated with the crash.
Most automobile accident victims are unaware of their legal rights in time to defend themselves after a collision, and the seconds following a collision are crucial in determining whether or not your personal injury claim will be successful. In Florida, it is difficult to make a personal injury claim since the vast majority of people are unaware of state regulations, insurance coverage, or what to do after being injured in a vehicle accident.
You are not required to file a personal injury claim on your own, but speaking with a qualified attorney can greatly improve your chances of recovering fully. An experienced Tampa personal injury attorney can help you file a claim and collect damages such as medical expenses, lost earnings, and other types of losses.
