Pedestrian Accidents in Tampa FL
Joggers in Florida are particularly susceptible, as the state has a reputation for being a dangerous location for pedestrians, especially in urban areas. Pedestrians are particularly susceptible since there is nothing that can be done to protect them from the full impact of a collision. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, pedestrians are 1.5 times more likely than drivers to be killed in an automobile accident. Despite the fact that overall traffic mortality rates have decreased, pedestrians are killed or injured in automobile accidents at an increasing rate each year.
