Florida Fatal Pedestrian Crashes

It can be devastating when a loved one dies as a result of someone else’s carelessness or negligence. For the family of a deceased victim, unexpected expenses and other damages are common. Family members of survivors frequently express frustration and helplessness. The fact that their financial situation is rapidly deteriorating adds to their sense of betrayal. It’s understandable that surviving family members want to file a wrongful death claim with the assistance of an Oldsmar pedestrian accident lawyer to hold those responsible for their loved one’s death accountable.
