Speeding-Related Crashes in Florida
At some point, almost every driver exceeds the speed limit. Many people in Florida have developed a speeding habit. Controlling and stopping a vehicle gets more challenging as its speed increases. Nearly a third of all car accidents are caused by speeding or a driver’s failure to manage their vehicle’s speed.
Most lawyers who do not practice personal injury charge their clients based on the amount of time and effort they and their team put in. However, our personal injury lawyers receive compensation based on how much money their client receives in a settlement or in court. This means that the attorney does not require payment in advance to accept the case, and the client will not be charged until the case is finished.
