Palm Harbor, FL (April 17, 2022) – At least one person was injured in a major traffic accident in Palm Harbor on Friday afternoon, April 15, according to local officials. At 12:36 p.m. the crash occurred near the intersection of US-19 SB and Rita Lane.

Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene to assist the victims. As a result of the collision, several lanes were temporarily closed. At least one person was taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance. At this time, the extent of the injuries is unknown.
