Car Accidents in Florida
Auto accidents in Florida are the primary cause of injuries. In the United States, car accidents claimed the lives of 37,133 persons in 2017, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Florida has the third-highest number of traffic deaths. Driving on the state’s roadway continues to be extremely dangerous.
It can be challenging to understand even the most fundamental legal principles, let alone to know what to do when one’s life is in danger. As a result, filing a personal injury claim could be challenging. Because most accident victims are not familiar with the legal system, the period right after an incident is critical in establishing whether or not your personal injury claim will be successful.
