Head-On Collisions in Florida
When drivers veer into oncoming traffic, they run the risk of colliding with another vehicle head-on. Even at low speeds, these collisions can be fatal. Head-on collisions have a fatality rate of nearly 58% and are among the most dangerous types of accidents. Despite accounting for only 2% of all recorded automobile accidents, head-on collisions account for more than 10% of all road deaths each year.
A serious car accident can be devastating for you or a loved one, and recovering compensation can be difficult for those who are unfamiliar with the law. Many victims are unsure of what they should do next to protect their legal rights, making filing a personal injury claim difficult. Following a car accident, an experienced Parrish personal injury attorney can help injured victims and their families recover lost compensation, which is often the most effective way to maximize your recovery.
