Pedestrian accident in Florida kills one in Orange County

Florida Highway Patrol reports that a pedestrian accident in Florida resulted in the unfortunate death of the victim in Orange County Sunday, January 22 night. It happened near Presidents Drive on Sand Lake Road around 8 PM. 

Investigations reveal that the pedestrian was not in a crosswalk when crossing the roadway and was fatally hit by a car. Troopers further said the driver and a passenger of the car, both from Orlando, were not injured and remained at the scene.

The age and name of the victim have not been released by the police. In the crash report, it is indicated that the front of the vehicle struck the man.
