Florida Reckless Driving Accidents
Careless driving is a leading cause of fatal collisions in Florida, and Florida drivers have a reputation for driving erratically. A reckless driver’s actions are unpredictable, no matter how cautious you are behind the wheel. Despite traffic laws, 13,000 people are killed every year as a result of careless driving, with human error accounting for more than 90% of all recorded car accidents.
In the United States, car accidents are the leading cause of death and serious injury, with more fatal collisions occurring each year. In a collision, your chances of suffering serious injuries are higher than you might think. Even in non-fatal collisions, victims can suffer life-altering injuries, leaving them with mounting medical bills and no way to pay them. This difficult financial and emotional situation may quickly overwhelm innocent victims. After a serious car accident, it’s critical to get the compensation you need, which is why injured parties should speak with a qualified Pinellas Park car accident attorney to improve their chances of a successful personal injury claim.
