Trucking Accidents in Florida
In the US, there are over 11 million semi-trucks that transport heavy loads and potentially dangerous materials. The likelihood of a fatality in a collision involving a passenger car and a semi-truck is ten times higher than in one involving only two passenger cars, according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
After being involved in a collision with a semi-truck, the first thing you should do is get quick medical assistance. In addition, before you discuss the accident with the trucking business or their insurance provider, you should get in touch with a Florida semi-truck accident lawyer who is experienced in cases involving accidents of this nature. You may be able to build a compelling case to recoup the money you’ve lost as a result of your personal injury, lost income, and medical bills with the assistance of an attorney.
Accidents involving semi-trucks are almost usually more violent and result in more serious injuries simply due to the greater force that is generated during a collision between a semi-truck and a passenger car. These are the most prevalent types of personal injuries that can be sustained in an accident involving a semi-truck.
In Florida, Rebein Law helps victims of semi-truck accidents, and we are committed to making sure that our clients receive the financial support they require to move past a serious accident. We are quite proud of our ability to hold trucking firms and their drivers liable when they damage uninvolved bystanders.
