Deadly Pedestrian Crashes in Tampa FL

Sarasota, FL - Several Killed While Changing Flat Tire on I-75According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, pedestrians are 1.5 times more likely than passenger car occupants to be killed in a vehicle collision. Regardless of the fact that the overall number of fatal crashes has decreased, pedestrians are killed or injured in car accidents at an increasing rate each year.

Pedestrians in Florida are particularly susceptible since the state has a history of being a dangerous location for pedestrians, particularly in big cities. Pedestrians are particularly susceptible since there is nothing that can be done to protect them from the full impact of a collision.

The grief and agony of losing a family member due to someone else’s irresponsibility may be devastating, and it can result in unanticipated expenses for the victim’s relatives and family members. Those who are connected to a tragic traffic accident may suffer a variety of losses as a consequence of the accident. Fortunately, they may be able to recover lost compensation by filing a wrongful death claim with the assistance of a professional Florida wrongful death lawyer.

While no amount of money can compensate for the loss of a loved one, a wrongful death case in Florida may be able to assist families in dealing with the financial consequences of their loss, and this compensation should be paid by the culpable party’s insurance carrier.

In a wrongful death lawsuit in Tampa, a representative of the estate of the deceased — generally a close relative — seeks damages against those responsible for the person’s death in order to collect damages by holding the at-fault party accountable for their involvement in the tragedy.
