Moped Accidents in Florida

Mopeds and scooters have grown more popular in the United States. As a result, it is now more vital than ever to assess their safety. Despite the belief that mopeds are a safe mode of transportation, data prove otherwise. Unfortunately, there is a strong chance that many moped accidents go unreported. Bone fractures are responsible for 40% of all moped-related injuries, according to the most recent statistics.

When a moped collides with a car, the rider only has limited protection  Even if they take all reasonable precautions, riders will almost certainly suffer more catastrophic injuries if they crash. Even the most common road hazards, such as potholes, ice, cracks, or slick roads, put those on mopeds at a huge disadvantage. Statistics show that those riding on mopeds have a higher risk of serious injury. Riders can be paralyzed, have limbs removed, or be disabled for the rest of their lives as a result of motorcycle accidents. Serious crash victims may be eligible for monetary compensation for their losses. Accident victims can recover and rebuild their lives with the help of a skilled attorney.
