Florida High-Speed Crashes
Speeding is a serious issue in Florida that contributes to thousands of deadly collisions each year. According to data from 2016, speeding or aggressive driving was a factor in more than 10% of fatal incidents in Florida. A total of 3,176 people died as a result of 2,935 fatal high-speed collisions in Florida during that year.
Car accidents continue to happen despite the efforts of several organizations to increase passenger, vehicle, and road safety in Florida and across the nation. Car accidents can be caused by a variety of things, including bad weather, distracted driving, texting while driving, and breaking traffic laws. While it is advisable to drive carefully, you have no influence over how other drivers will behave.
An automobile accident can have a significant negative influence on anyone’s life. Even minor incidents can have a large financial impact because of lingering worries, ongoing charges, hospital expenses, and vehicle repairs. These crashes can quickly spiral out of control in terms of the stress they create and the expenses they incur. If you don’t have legal counsel, you face the chance of being involved in a car accident on your own with no one to help you.
