Florida Reckless Driving Auto Accidents
Behind the wheel, reckless driving can take many different forms. In Florida, two of the most common examples are driver distraction and speeding. According to national statistics, a careless driver is responsible for three out of every ten accidents, and distracted driving is responsible for nearly one-third of all fatal car accidents in the United States. Every year, at least 13,000 people die in car accidents caused by distracted drivers. An experienced St. Petersburg auto accident attorney can help injured parties pursue due compensation.
Financially, injuries to you or a loved one can be devastating. Obtaining compensation may be difficult for those who are unfamiliar with the law. Many victims don’t know what to do next to protect their legal rights. If you’re pursuing a personal injury claim in Florida, getting better is a top priority. Insurance companies will go to great lengths to minimize your compensation and deny you what you truly deserve if you have been unfairly injured by the actions of an irresponsible motorist.
There are numerous potential stumbling blocks during the claims process. These stumbling blocks may catch the victim off guard. They may also jeopardize their legal right to compensation. A St. Petersburg car crash lawyer can assist victims and their families in obtaining the maximum amount of compensation available. Getting professional legal help is often the only way to fully recover.
