St Petersburg, FL (March 11, 2022) – On Friday morning, March 11, St. Petersburg emergency responders were dispatched to a major traffic accident. At 8:36 a.m. the crash occurred near the intersection of US-19 and 38th Avenue N.

As a result of the collision, the area was closed, and at least one person was injured. The extent of their injuries is unknown at this time. Emergency personnel on the scene examined and treated the crash victims. The initial reports did not include the number of people who were injured.

Local authorities are investigating the cause of the crash, and more information will be released as the investigation progresses.
