St Petersburg, FL – Man Struck by Car at 5th Ave & 36th St

St Petersburg, FL (April 7, 2022) – On Wednesday night, April 6, a man was killed after being hit by a motor vehicle in St. Petersburg. The deadly crash was reported at the intersection of 5th Avenue S. and 36th Street at around 10:24 p.m.

A 60-year-old man was crossing near the scene when he was hit by an eastbound orange Hyundai sedan. The injured party was transported to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg in critical condition. No further information has been released at this time.

An ongoing investigation into the pedestrian crash is underway.
