Florida Reckless Driving Collisions
Drivers can be irresponsible when operating a vehicle. Florida drivers are notorious for being distracted and speeding on the road. According to national statistics, reckless drivers cause three out of ten car accidents, and distracted driving is responsible for nearly a third of all fatal car accidents in the United States. Every year, at least 13,000 people are killed in car accidents due to distracted driving.
A serious car accident can be devastating for you or a loved one, and recovering compensation can be difficult for those who are unfamiliar with the law. Many victims are unsure of what they should do next to protect their legal rights, making filing a personal injury claim difficult. A St. Petersburg personal injury lawyer can assist injured victims and their families in recovering lost compensation following a car accident, which is often the most effective way to maximize your recovery.
