18-Wheeler Crashes in Florida

Tampa, FL - At Least One Hurt in Crash with 18-Wheeler on I-75Nearly 6 percent of those killed in two-vehicle collisions involving a passenger car and an 18-wheeler were passengers of the smaller cars. Another shocking figure is that 18-wheeler wrecks made up 11% of all fatal collisions in 2018.

Accidents involving 18-wheeler vehicles have the potential to create extensive and life-threatening damage. The enormous size of the 18-wheeler vehicles makes them very dangerous and destructive. As a result, they almost always result in life-threatening injuries being inflicted on defenseless bystanders. An exhaustive investigation may show the reason for the accident and point the finger of blame at the person that was careless, even if some incidents appear to be unavoidable.

It is essential to seek the advice of a personal injury lawyer who specializes in the litigation of commercial vehicle accidents, particularly those involving 18-wheeler collisions. A victim’s claim for monetary damages for medical bills, pain and suffering, lost income, wrongful death, or property damage must include a finding of responsibility before the claim may be considered valid.
