Tampa, FL – Car Wreck Causes Injuries on I-75 near Gibsonton Rd

Tampa, FL (August 14, 2022) – A car crash reported in Tampa on the morning of August 12 ended in injuries. At approximately 7:00 a.m., responders were sent to the scene to investigate and render aid to those with injuries. 

Authorities reported that the accident occurred on Interstate 75 near Gibsonton Road. An unknown number of vehicles collided in the area and caused injuries to involved parties. 

At this time, the total number of injured victims has not been reported. Emergency medical personnel rendered aid to those with injuries at the crash scene and transported the severely injured victims to local hospitals for treatment. 

Currently, the involved individuals have not been identified. Police continue to investigate the details of the collision.
