Florida Car Crashes

Florida sees more car accidents than any other state in the United States. On average, there are more than 400,000 car crashes reported per year in the Sunshine State that cause injuries to more than 150,000 people. Sadly, more than 3,200 people lose their lives per year in Florida auto collisions.

Being hurt in a car accident can be a devastating experience. Depending on the nature of the wreck, you should be stuck in the hospital for days or even weeks. Your injuries could be keeping you from living your life the way you want to, and they may even affect your life for the foreseeable future. If you believe that someone else caused your auto accident, you should contact a car crash attorney as soon as you can. Driver negligence is against the law and is punishable by fines and jail time. Those victimized by negligent drivers are legally eligible to collect financial compensation for the injuries and damages they face.

Alarmingly, the majority of car crashes in the United States are the result of driver negligence. Driver negligence causes more wrecks than inclement weather and vehicle problems combined. More than 90% of the auto accidents reported in the United States happen due to driver negligence.

When you or a loved one of yours has been hurt in a crash caused by negligence, you may have legal options to help you financially recover. You could be faced with numerous bills related to your accident, including vehicle repairs, lost wages, medical bills, and more. Allow a lawyer to help you get the money you need to pay for these and other damages that may have resulted from your crash.
