Tampa, FL (July 18, 2022) – A man riding a motorcycle lost his life after he collided with a vehicle on a roadway in Tampa. The wreck happened at approximately 7:43 p.m. on Friday, July 15.
According to reports, the motorcyclist collided with a Chevrolet Silverado in the turning lane of East Hillsborough Avenue. The wreck happened near North 15th Street, police said.
When the Silverado was turning onto North 15th Street, it collided with the motorcycle that was headed east through the intersection. The motorcyclist fell off the bike and was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
Police officials in Tampa continue to investigate the details of the accident.
