Florida Auto Accidents

Florida car crashes happen all too often. Every single day, more than 1,000 auto accidents are reported in the Sunshine State. There are hundreds of people who sustain injuries per day in these wrecks. Alarmingly, the actions of negligent drivers cause the majority of Florida auto collisions. Drivers who choose to drive while intoxicated, fatigued, distracted, or at unsafe speeds cause most of the car crashes reported in Florida and throughout the entire country.

In the past decade, distracted driving has become a more prevalent issue across America. People are obsessed with their phones, and even choose to look down at them while behind the wheel. This puts everyone involved at serious risk for injuries and death. Every time a driver chooses to look at their phone for five seconds while traveling at a speed of 55 miles per hour, they are basically driving the length of a football field with their eyes closed. This is one of the most dangerous and selfish acts a person can commit, which is why it is illegal.

Negligent driving is often referred to as reckless or careless driving. Though both of these terms have different legal definitions, they both often involve a driver committing a major moving traffic violation that results in injuries, property damage, or death. When you or someone you love has been injured by a negligent driver, you deserve to be compensated for the losses and damages you face.
