Fatal Intersection Accidents in Florida
Intersections are the scene of 50% of accidents on city streets and 30% of accidents in rural regions. However, just a tiny portion of the roads in America have junctions. Those without a stop sign or traffic signal are particularly risky. Because of overgrown foliage or other obstructions, vehicles sometimes can’t see stop signs.
Wrongful death is defined as when someone else kills another due to negligence or recklessness. This kind of negligence may occur from the acts of a company, as when a death is caused by a faulty drug, or it may be the result of the conduct of a third party, such as in a car accident. The surviving family members or spouse may be entitled to financial compensation in the form of damages if a person or business is at fault and results in the death of a family member or spouse.
