Tampa, FL – Woman Killed in Pedestrian Crash at Kennedy Blvd & W Shore Blvd

Tampa, FL (October 26, 2022) – On Wednesday, October 26, a woman was killed after being struck by a motor vehicle in the Tampa area.

The fatal crash was reported at the corner of Kennedy Boulevard and West Shore Boulevard at around 4:45 a.m. The woman was traveling near the scene when she was struck by an oncoming motorist. The victim sustained fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with responding officials. The area was closed for several hours while emergency responders were present.

An investigation into the cause of the fatal accident is in progress.
