Distracted Driving Crashes in Florida
Across the nation, distracted driving is a rising problem. Florida is ranked as the second-worst state for distracted driving. The state has close to 50,000 accidents a year as a result of distracted driving. You may be able to recover compensation if you’ve been hit by a distracted driver.
You can be confident that you’ll be represented during your personal injury claim by hiring a lawyer. Even if you think your case is straightforward and a settlement is unavoidable, you should think about getting legal counsel to protect your interests. This is when you can start the long path to recovery.
Despite the efforts of several organizations to improve passenger, vehicle, and road safety in Florida and around the country, car accidents still occur. Unfavorable weather, inattentive driving, texting while driving, and breaking traffic regulations are a few factors that might cause car accidents. You must drive cautiously, but you have no control over how other drivers will act.
