Treasure Island, FL – Update: John Dennelly Charges in Fatal Hit-&-Run on Gulf Blvd

Treasure Island, FL (December 12, 2022) – A Maderia Beach man has been charged in connection with a deadly hit-and-run crash in Treasure Island that took place on Tuesday, December 6.
It was reported that a blue 2020 Chevy Silverado pickup truck was traveling on Gulf Boulevard at around 7:45 p.m. when it hit 46-year-old Felicia White. White was attempting to cross 108th Avenue N. at the time of the crash. The driver fled the scene, and White was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver was later identified as 62-year-old John Mackinnon Dennelly of Maderia Beach. Dennelly is currently facing charges related to the incident.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly accident is in progress.
