Last updated Tuesday, January 10th, 2023
Highway troopers are investigating a fatal crash on Florida highway early Saturday morning on the I-95 south ramp to I-595 that claimed two lives.
Florida Highway Patrol reports that the horrific wreck took place just before 3:30 AM after a motorcycle crashed with a gray Nissan Sentra. Neither the motorcyclist nor his passenger survived the accident. No injuries were sustained by the driver or passenger of the Sentra.
The identities of the two deceased are being investigated by troopers. Further information is not yet available.
Following the incident, the ramp to I-595 was clogged with long lines of traffic.
During this time of grief, we extend our deepest condolences to the families of the departed.
Did a crash on Florida highway tragically claim the life of a loved one?
The loss of a loved one in a road accident is an extremely painful experience for any family. You have the right to seek justice if a driver’s negligence caused the death of a loved one.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that distracted driving and overspeeding are the two most common forms of traffic violations in Florida. It is estimated that three out of ten documented collisions are caused by careless drivers.
If a catastrophic car accident occurs, plaintiffs who are unfamiliar with Florida’s personal injury procedure may find it difficult to receive adequate compensation. Families of automobile accident victims are understandably concerned about how their constitutional rights will be protected in the face of obstacles.
