St. Petersburg, FL – Fatal E-Bike Accident on 28th St N Takes One Life

St. Petersburg, FL (August 10, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported in St. Petersburg claimed one person’s life. The collision was reported at around 630 a.m. on Friday, August 9.

Official reports show that an E-bike and an unknown number of additional vehicles were involved in a collision on 28^th Street North. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and immediately closed down the roadway near Haulkey Robert’s Place North while providing assistance. Paramedics were summoned to the scene of the crash to provide assistance. One person involved in the accident sustained fatal injuries and was subsequently pronounced deceased. At this time, the St. Petersburg Police Department is investigating the crash.
