Tampa, FL – Deadly Crash Reported on Bay Pines Blvd

Tampa, FL (July 18, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported in Pinellas County claimed at least one person’s life. The Sheriff’s Office and firefighters were called to the crash on July 16.

According to official reports, a motor vehicle accident occurred on Bay Pines Boulevard near 100^th Way North. The incident prompted the closure of the intersection as emergency crews worked to remove the involved vehicles. Paramedics were summoned to the crash site to care for the injured victims. Those who required further care were transported to area hospitals. At least one person sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
