Haines City, FL – Injury Accident Reported on E Hinson Ave

Haines City, FL (September 20, 2024) – At least one person was transported to an area hospital with injuries following a car crash that occurred in Haines City on September 19.

At around 11:05 a.m., a motor vehicle accident blocked several lanes on the eastbound side of East Hinson Avenue. Authorities arrived at the scene and immediately shut down the roadway just east of Highway 17. Delays were reported in the area, which extended back to 10^th Street. At least one person involved in the accident was injured. Emergency medical services rendered aid to the victims before transporting them to area hospitals. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
